Description
The DF component flame is located directly in the supply airflow for maximum combustion efficiency of about 92% (with the last 8% present as water vapor).
The burner itself is made of cast aluminum, for outstanding corrosion resistance. It can also be made of black cast iron with nickel plating for conditions where aluminum would not be ideal.
Its high turndown ratio of up to 30:1 makes it an ideal system for maintaining optimal conditions in supply air.
In addition to the standard gas train, we can also assemble gas trains according to Factory Mutual (FM) requirements by adding high and low gas pressure switches. They can also be assembled according to Industrial Risk Insurers (IRI) standards.
Burners can be installed in variable or constant flow units and are compatible with natural gas or propane.
